Our way of work it's very simple
1) You upload or send your Architectural drawings in PDF including a scope of work
2) We send a quote and estimated time
3) You approve it
4) We send your drawings done with a water mark, once you make a payment of the contract and we send the shop drawings in PDF file.
5) DWG files will be sent with the final payment received.
Payment
MDS is a service company and we only provide Drafting services and no other materials are involved so we cannot give 30 days for paymentAll payments are due at the delivery time

We make a quote and give you a fixed price so you can control your budget with a fixed cost based on the size and complexity of your proyectOn 3D drawings the price will be by the hour. The final cost will depend on the complexity of your project.
Pricing for any scenarios, depending on the complex of drawings requested will be reflected in the final quote
